A forum, not a feed

Where DevOps engineers
actually ship together.

A self-hosted community for people who build, break and fix pipelines, infrastructure, and the servers everything else runs on. Strict moderation, real discussion, zero noise.

What this is

Shipyard Collective is a community built around one idea: engineers get better by contributing to real infrastructure work and talking to other people doing the same thing. No growth hacks, no engagement bait — just a forum where DevOps and platform engineers discuss pipelines, infrastructure, incident war stories, and open-source contributions, moderated closely enough to stay useful.

What we do

Contribute to open source

Members put real commits into real DevOps and infrastructure tooling — not tutorials, actual projects people depend on.

Discuss, in depth

Threads on pipelines, outages, tools and trade-offs — the kind of conversation that doesn't fit in a group chat.

Moderated, on purpose

Low noise, high signal. Moderators keep the forum sharp instead of letting it dissolve into chatter.

The forum is being built.

Follow along as Shipyard Collective goes from idea to a running, self-hosted community — and be first in when it opens.
